What happens if there's a dispute over hours or pay?

Disputes are rare, but when they happen we resolve them fast. Open a dispute from the shift's timesheet page — both sides upload evidence (photos, messages, schedules) and our ops team mediates within 1 business day.

Funds for any disputed amount are held by Dental Shift until it's resolved, so neither side is left out of pocket while we sort it. It's the kind of safety net you don't get when you book directly.
