What if the locum no-shows or underperforms?

No-shows are extremely rare on Dental Shift — every locum has a public rating that affects future bookings, so they have real skin in the game. But if it ever happens, we have your back:

• You're not charged for the shift • Our ops team is alerted and works with you to source a replacement from your area as fast as possible • The locum is suspended pending review and may be removed from the platform

For underperformance, leave honest feedback in the timesheet flow — our ops team follows up directly and persistent issues mean removal from the platform. That's how we keep the quality bar high for every clinic.
