How fast will my shift get filled? What if no one accepts?

Most metro shifts get a confirmed locum within 2–6 hours. Same-day and emergency cover often fills inside 60 minutes during business hours — far faster than a typical agency callback.

If nobody has accepted after 12 hours, we automatically widen the search radius and re-broadcast at no extra cost. We'll also flag early if your rate is sitting below the local median so you can adjust before losing the day.

You're never charged unless a locum is confirmed and the shift is actually worked, so there's no risk in posting.
