Common pricing questions

What does the 25% margin cover?

AHPRA / ID / ABN / insurance verification (with monthly re-checks), payments and direct debit, recipient-created tax invoices, Stripe payouts, the matching engine, replacement dispatch on no-shows, dispute mediation, and ongoing support for both sides. Traditional agencies typically charge 30–40%+ for less.

How does the 15% permanent fee work?

We invoice 15% of the candidate's first-year base salary on their start date. No retainer, no upfront cost. If the hire leaves or doesn't work out within 30 days, we re-run the search at no extra fee.

Can I negotiate the permanent fee for multi-hire briefs?

Yes — for clinics or groups hiring 3+ permanent roles in a 12-month period, contact us for a tiered rate.
