What does 'Processing' mean on a booking?

'Processing' means the timesheet has been approved and the BECS direct debit from the clinic's bank account is in flight. BECS is the Australian bank-to-bank rail and typically takes 2–3 business days to clear.

Nothing more is required from either side. As soon as the debit settles we automatically:

• Mark the booking as Captured • Trigger the Stripe Connect payout to the worker • Flip the booking to Paid out

You'll see the status update on the booking page, and the worker is notified the moment funds are on their way. If a debit fails (e.g. insufficient funds), we automatically retry and notify the clinic — the booking stays in Processing until it clears.
