What if I need to cancel a shift?

Plans change — we get it. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the shift starts, no questions asked.

Inside 24 hours, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the shift value applies and is paid directly to the locum. This is set out in our Terms — it protects professionals who turned down other work to take yours, and it's a big reason quality locums trust the platform.

If the locum cancels on you, you're not charged at all and we immediately try to find a replacement.
